The STEP Project Global Consortium was founded in 2005 by Babson College (USA), ESADE (Spain), HEC (France), Jönköping International Business School (Sweden), Bocconi University (Italy), University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), and University of Witten/Herdecke (Germany).
After 15 years the STEP Project Global Consortium becomes an independent organization.
STEP Project aims to be a leading context-sensitive applied research initiative, that explores business families across generations and develops solutions that have immediate application for business leaders.
